Ability to Pin Folders at Top

Hi

I have 2 ideas in my mind, it would be great if you tell me what you think about them.

1- Provide a feature to let us pin some folders at the top or at the end. I work with some folders regularly and it would be very helpful if I can see them in start or at the end.

2- Put all contributors folders in one parent folder. For example :

in root, there should be a folder named "Contributors", and each contributor's folder should be in that folder. Right now, it automatically creates each contributor's folder separately in root.
