Custom link

define a custom link in the widget, to redirect user to an other page,

This is something we have planned for a future major release: version 4.0 (we are currently in version 3.9.6).

the posts list instead of the selected page

This option will be in version 4.3.

I downloaded the 4.0 version, but i don't see this option. Is it been added ?

You can add WP Latest Post Widget by going to Apperance > Widget and Enable option Open links in new window at Display and Theme tab.
