upload file in category dynamic

is possibile create a form upload with the select category upload?
i have many category and the user can not upload file in all category
i can not create 100 form upload

You can create a bunch of the upload form by changing category ID in the shortcode; for example: [wpfd_upload category_id="11"]
That's the easiest way as my experience.
