Simple User Role

Hi there,

we'd like to recommend the following feature:

A User Role which has visual access in the backend to all files – but is restricted to only add/edit/delete their own Category Folders.
Best way would be that the User Role can only add files to his personal Category Folders via the multi-category feature but cannot delete anything from the main users.
