HI there
It would be great if the Roles configuration options also included access to the Statistics page so that I could let a lower editor role see what files are being viewed.
Regards
Rob

#17705 Hi,
Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.
We currently include "Download Per Users" option in the Statistic section of our plugin.
The preview option is not implemented yet, but I'll add it to our feature request list and keep that in mind for a future release.
Thanks a lot!

#17706 Thanks, I'm not sure I explained this properly.
There is a statistics screen in the WP File Download admin. It shows the number of downloads per file.
I can see the screen as Admin, but the user role I give to my clients for editing the site cannot see it. They can only see the file manager and nothing else.
It would be great if there was an option to allow any selected role to view the statistics screen.
I've attached a screenshot showing the interface from both roles.
On the right is the Admin with access to the Statistics.
On the left is the other role who cannot see the statistics.
The second screenshot attached shows the User Roles page where I think the setting could be inserted.
Hope that makes more sense
Regards
Rob
p.s. there's an issue in the image attachment option in this ticket system. It won't accept a jpg if the file extension is upper case. e.g. image.jpg works, but image.JPG does not.
I'm attaching a third screenshot showing that. Please pass that on elsewhere.

#17711 Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me with more information.
It's getting clearer with a detailed explanation. We will take a look at that in the version to come.
About the file type with uppercase, we know the issue but we are using 3rd party extension.
And the problem is the file types will be listed here so it would look not nice on frontend.
Thanks a lot!
