Permission to delete or modify only your own files

Sometimes, you need to give users permissions to edit categories (for example, to allow other to put documents in your folder), but you dont want that others can delete or rename your files.
That's why would be better to have 2 switch buttons, instead one. One to allow edit categories, and other to choose if users can delete files of other.
