Ordering order with accents in titles

When a file have an accent in the title (in French) the order is messed up.
For example, instead of getting :
Caroussel
Célébrité
Couleur

I get:
Caroussel
Couleur
Célébrité

It considers the "é" as a letter coing after the "o", even though it's a "e"
