Notifier all users for uploading file

Hi,

Thanks for adding your feature request here.

If someone upload a file, only this person, administrators, and category owner receive notification but i would like all users of the website receive notification.

It's possible to develop this feature please ?

This feature is not implemented yet, but I'll add it to our feature request list and keep that in mind for a future release.
By the way, we've planned to implement "Send email per category" option in version 5.7.
I hope it could help you to solve the problem!
