Notifications for Parent Category Owners

Hi,

Thanks for adding your feature request here.

Actially it is possible to notify category owners, when a new file was uploaded.
It would be nice, if it is also possible to notify the parent category owner, when a new file was uploaded.

This feature is not implemented yet, but I'll add it to our feature request list and keep that in mind for a future release.
