Is it possible to provide a direct link to the file in email notifications? so they don't have to go to my website to download the file, many clients are impatient and want it fast and easy, not if your plugin is not easy, it is phenomenal, but such a direct link options would be critical for me, direct link download in email notifications.

That's not possible with our WP File download plugin at presently. We'll consider this feature for a version to come.
