Frontend upload and Move files

Hi,
My ideas for improvments for the WP File Download.
I think the Joomla Dropfiles has a good base for that.

1/ When the users upload a file with the upload form in frontend, he can choose the category within the file is uploaded.
It will allow the user to manage his personal space.

2/ The user can move the files within the categories he has access to. From Cat. A to Cat. B.
Interesting if the file is not at the good place !

This is so helpful in some cases; however, we need to check its technical issue and popularity following users' demand.
