Folders in multiple Categories + Multi-user private access

1. Is it possibile to associate folders in different position?

For the single files we have the ability to associate them in multiple category, but it would be nice to have it also for folders.

I describe my case and my need:

I have a top level (described as 'Level 1') of folders, let's say 5 folders.
Inside each 'Level 1 - X ' folders i will have two sub folder: one that is always different in content (Dynamic Folder) and one folder that it's always the same (Static Folder) in all 'Level 1' folders.

Example:

Level 1 - A

• Dynamic Folder
  
• Static folder
  

Level 1 - B

• Dynamic Folder
  
• Static folder
  

Level 1 - C

• Dynamic Folder
  
• Static folder
  

Level 1 - D

• Dynamic Folder
  
• Static folder
  

Level 1 - E

• Dynamic Folder
  
• Static folder
  

Each 'Level 1 - X' folder as a private acces, that means User ABC can access Folder 'Level 1 - A', User ZZZ can only access folder 'Level 1 - B' and so on.


2. Is it possibile to make folders (especially) and files private, NOT only for single users, but also with a multi-user select?
