Files are displayed twice in the search

Hello!

I have a problem with the search function. Our category structure looks like this:
- downloads
-- certificates
-- drawings
-- videos

All files are stored in the category "downloads". But each file has an additional category (e.g. "certificates").
The problem is that because of this all files are shown twice in the search function (screenshot).

How can this be solved?
