I was disappointed to discover that the feature enabling users to upload files to a specified category only works for users who are logged in. All logged-in users of my sites can go directly to File Download and upload to any category.
Much more useful would be an open upload category, perhaps with automatic notification to a specified user or users that something has been uploaded.
