File-Upload Form tree-theme Bug?

Hello,

I have a question about cloning themes.

I cloned the tree-theme with the aim to show and hide the upload form on different posts/sites, but it does not work: I configured the tree theme to show the upload form and the renamed cloned tree-theme not to show the upload, but when I use the themes (via shortcode, mentioning the theme) in different sites/posts, it always shows the upload form according to the configuration of the main tree-theme. It does not matter, if I activate or deactivate the upload form on the cloned theme, it does not work. Could that possibly be a bug? Is there maybe a workaround?
