Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.
Add shortcode argument to allow VIEW PDF when clicking on the link instead of opening a popup window with a button. Reduces action to one click.

You can view a PDF file by clicking PREVIEW button, and a popup window with the content in that PDF will be displayed. Is that what you desire?

Hope it helps!

I suppose adding a preview (or View PDF) button next to the filename would be sufficient but i thought that if the user clicks the link (filename), instead of a popup box with options, just open the PDF. I think both options would be nice. Thanks for the fast reply.

PS.. Also, i would like the same behavior on Search Results if possible. Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.
Yes, it depends on the way you insert to posts and the theme you chose.
- When you add single PDF, Preview Button will be attached in that box.
- When you add categories, the Button is already next to the file information. For example: Default theme or Table theme.
I hope these links make you clearer about your requirement.

Thanks a lot!

Hello,

It would be nice if it was possible for the single file shortcode to inherit the display (theme) of the category the file is in.

Thanks
