Download limit per user

What do you need exactly:
- Limit the download amount per WordPress user account (check if the user user is logged-in)
- Limit the download amount per IP address (limit by checking the IP address)

Looking for the same feature to be added on WP File Download.

-Limit the amount of downloads per user like how it works on a Membership plugin. Even better if can set the permission to expire on selected date.
-Should ask clients to log in to view the file download area.
