we host on kinsta who is an enterprise cloudflare partner and hosting hundreds of thousands of sites and due to AI and many other security threats there are many default cloudflare rules in place. One of these rules does BLOCK chunk uploading of large pdf files above 10mb so all uploads do fail after 10mb on chunk 2 or 3. Our host is set to allow 256MB max upload BUT unless we disable the default security rule per site, we are unable to upload pdf files beyond 10mb. JoomUnited also makes Folder Manager and if I upload a 200MB pdf in the media library it works fine so we know the functionality exists there. what we are asking for is for us as admins to control the wpfile download chunk uploading with a setting "chunk upload" ON of OFF in settings.

It is not practical for use to go to hundreds of sites and disable security rules just to have large pdf files upload correctly.
