Category permissions

Hi, everyone who can access to wp file download backend can modify permissions for each category. I work in a school and teachers can upload files for students and students can view files from frontend. I need that teachers can upload files without messing all up with category permissions (parameters)...a group of student couldn't see its category files 'cause some teacher played with permissions.
