Hi,
I would like a scenario as:

CategoryA
CategoryB
CategoryC

UserA in GroupA

UserB in GroupB and in GroupC

I would like that
CategoryA
CategoryB
CategoryC

are visible for everyone, without to login

but I would like that
UserA can modify/upload subcategory of CategoryA and deletion file upload file from CategoryA and going down from Backend

UserB can modify/upload subcategory of CategoryB and CategoryC and deletion file upload file from CategoryB and CategoryC and going down from backend
