It would be helpful to be able to import files from a CSV to allow for bulk uploading. Where you could specify file title, description, file URL and it would be imported and added to the wordpress install as appropriate. This would be helpful when migrating from another system.

This feature is not possible at present. It will be helpful in some cases.
We’ll consider this in the future version!
