Automatic Category Creation

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to do the following (and can not find it in the documentation or forums; so thought I'd ask). Can WP File Download do the following:

Automatic Category Creation

• When a user registers, a category is created (using either email or username) and assigned the role permissions that are assign to the user (ie, Author)
  
• A 'generic' short-code is created that links this category to the user on the front end (ie, a single short-code applicable to all users; but which only shows that users files)
  

Some other plug ins-do this (sometimes called private files) but they are not as good as this plugin.

Is this something that is possible either by this product or via a snippet added to the functions file?
If not, is this on the roadmap (or could it be)?
