AND/OR Function for search engine

We're thinked that you search engine could be most relevant to use AND instead of OR in the searching keywords.

A simple setting in shortcode creator will be nice to make our search more relevant in case we've got a lot of documents..

This feature is not implemented yet, but I'll add it to our feature request list and keep that in mind for a future release.
