Twitter now accept 280 to 4000 char

can you tell me in which php file you are adding the title to send it to twitter , ill modify myself the code to send title + description

When I post myself something on twitter I get always a few likes, when it is posted by socialbaclinks its not even seen by anyone, all networks posts needs #hashtags , as it is now the twitter plugin is 100% useless ,
therefore please tell me file and the function (or even the line) where I can modify the code
