Plugin integrating My Maps Location and Joomla Serach functionality

Dear All

What I am missing currently in The My Maps Location is ability to integrate it with joomla search functionality.

So for example users on the home page types name of the location in search box and detailed location page pop-up. I know that some extensions create an extra plugin for this. I assume that for My Maps Location this does not exist yet, and it is ok but it would be great to have it.
