Hi,

I'm using DropPics and DropFiles.

When I insert a file link on an image and by clicking it, the file is downloaded.

I'm asked by customers to have the possibility to open the file on new browser tab instead of downloading it.

The url of files in Dropfiles is the download link itself, so it could not be easy to change it.
You can use Dropfiles to preview images currently.

it's a pity...as this need is very basic and logic for end user experience.

all other extensions handle this feature...I think it is a lack for your extension.
