protect the downloaded pdf's with password and watermark

Greetings

I'm  really interested in your Dropfiles extension but my client needs that the downloaded pdf's are protect by password (the pass will be the user email) and have also have the user email in the bottom of each page.

Do you think it would be possible for you to do this feature?
