Hello,

download should also open in the New Tab.
A selection:
Popup
Same browser window / tab
New Browser Window / Tab

Especially if you use external download files, it is better to see where you download from.

Also, you still stay on the actual website.

Currently, the user is away when downloading.

I would also love to see this option vs a separate download and preview link (and to be able to bypass the google viewer).
