Notification when new version is uploaded.

Thanks for adding your feature request here.

When you upload a new version of a file, it should send out a notification email. Most people nowadays work by uploading a new version of a file. If the owner of the file could be notified that would be great.

Yes, this feature sounds great but we need to take a deeper look at its popularity and technic.
Anyway, we noted that in our planning area.
