export / import category structure (for similar websites)

Hallo, I'm a new user coming from other similar extensions.
Is there a possibility to export a category with their subs in order to save on a local file and export it in another website?
Only categories hierarcy, no files.
I work on serveral italian e-government websites and, often, very often, I need to create again the same boring tree, composed by dozen of empty categories...
A procedure called "amministrazione trasparente" requires than any website must have this category tree.
This will be a super-useful feature.
