What do you mean?
You can download all files from a subcategory when you enter the subcategory and hit the "download all" button.

Yes I see, the reply is correct but this is something a bit different you want to achieve.

But if the category is empty the "download all" button will not be displayed.

I'm confused as I have a sub-category this is not empty, and I cannot see any 'Download All' button. This is why I opened a ticket. Any clarification would be appreciated.

In your case, the parent category is empty and thus there is no 'Download All' button in your sub-categories.
We will fix it for you in the ticket support.
