Currently you have made a view/theme whereby one can check various collumns, but there is only one ''description" collumn.
What do you think about the idea to have a couple of description collumns AND whereby I (the user/administrator) can give the titles to these collumns myself.
Examples:
I would like to upload several presentations and would always like to show to my audience: 1) the name of the author, 2) the date and 3) a subject.
If you want to publish lots of music, perhaps you always want to show 1) the name of the artist, 2) the name of the song and 3) the name of the album.
If you want to publish lots of manuals, you always want to show 1) the name of the part 2) the name of the manufacturer, 3) the name of the manual 4) the version date
This way one can write an article with an introduction and then show all the documents at once in collumns belonging to the subject of the article.
