Default joomla search, finding dropfile files

I need to know if the files are inserted in dropfiles, are found by the default joomla search component.

According to your manual in point (3.2 - Dropfiles Joomla search plugin) I understand that a dropfile file can only be searched by the joomla search component if it is inside the article.

I need to know if there is a possibility the default search component of (joomla) find a dropfile file without being inside an article.

This feature is not implemented yet. We’ll note that in mind for a future release!

Our extension is not integrated with others for this feature presently. We should wait for a future version.

Let me explain better ...

This integration is not done with third-party extensions. In case this integration is done with standard joomla search.

For example:
I have sobipro on my site ....
Then I bought a plugin from another developer that enabled the joomla search engine to find sobipro entries.

I'm sorry to lengthen the discussion, however I just needed to make sure I had explained it correctly.

In another conversation with us, you said the following:
This feature we have planned for a future major release: version 5.9 (we are currently in version 5.3).

Is it scheduled for version 5.9?

As we know, Joomla's basic search will be removed in Joomla 4, only smart search will remain.
We will implement this but it could be a bit longer according to Joomla's changes.

I'm also very interested about this feature.
I asked about it more than one year ago.
even if Joomla's basic search will be removed in Joomla 4, it could implemented for current smart search...will be the same for joomla 4.
