Can't upload zh-cn & big5 files in joomla 3.9.3

Dear JoomUnited ,

I install joomla 3.9.3 framework yesterday and I try install Dropfiles and themes plugin (Download Date : 2017/12/3 ) .
Now , when I upload the zh-cn & big5 files , it show out "nothing" and file isn't uploading.

I need help to fix that ,many thanks.
