A Few New Feature Requests

Great component, but we have a few feature ideas that we would love to see in the software. Note that would not mind paying for these features development and will assist with debugging and testing. Please see below:

• Automatic thumbnail creation for PNG, JPG, GIF and possibly PDF. Similar to functionality found on Mac OS desktop for finder file browsing. This would allow our users to see images they wish to download without clicking on each one to view in Google Preview. We imagine this would be a per category layout setting, something like 'show image thumbnails instead of extension filetypes when available'.
  
• This next feature is a bit more involved, but something we would like to see. The system generates three different sizes of JPG, GIF, AND PNG images based on a global setting option where these sizes can be set. Then in the category options, it has an option that says 'prompt the user to select a image size upon download.' When a user clicks download on a file, it would pop-up with an option to download the original, size 1, size 2, size 3. This way our users can download the most convenient size for them. We do not require that download statistics be broken down by size so each download regardless of size would count toward original file count.
  
• In Download statistics - We would love to have a breakdown of downloads per file with an advanced export containing individual count containing IP addresses if guests and Joomla usernames if logged in users downloaded.
