How to remove the DropEditor Component?

Hi,

After I uninstalled the DropEditor component from my Joomla 3.6.5 powered website, my website went down with internal server 500 error. I reinstalled Joomla's core files and cleared the cache few times but without joy.

But after I reinstalled your DropEditor component again, the website went back online.

Could you please let me know how to remove your component without crashing my website again?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply, in the support it only gives me the option for billing or Tech Support for WP Speed of Light // FREE, I had to choose the second option.
