I purchased the Pro version, but I don't have the options to put content side by side rather than vertical as is the default. Please see attached screenshot.

I would like to second this question. I have one site NOT updated that still clearly has it but the latest site we purchased it for does not. The options are just gone...

Hi,

I'm sorry, those options have been removed a while ago and archived as Old theme (no changes can be made on it).
It was causing a lot of responsive problems we couldn't handle.
