Rights management with WP File Download

Hi!
We have several users on our website and I am the only one to have permissions to add files.
All the other users have a message "You do not have the rights to reach this page", even the other administrators.
Is there a way to allow them to use WP File Download?

I forgot a detail : the message appears when one clicks on "WP File Download" at the top of pages/articles.
