Sorry, which plugin do you mean here? By the way, it takes time for Google to index your data.
If the issue still remains, please drop us a ticket support (in case of your subscription is valid),
our dev will take a look at that.

If I renewed my upgrade for this plugin, would one of you be able to assist configuring Admin and Google?

Maybe you haven't created property or view in analytics yet, please go to this url:
https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/
Create a property and then click on the Adjust Search Console button.
Then follow the next steps to verify your domain. (see the attachment)
