I would like to switch from Joomla to Wordpress and use WP Table Manager instead of Droptables.

Does WP Data Tables support to have 1 table in the excerpt or read more (just 2 cellsl) and another table in the full post article?

On Joomla this works great on

Yes, you can do as your current site with WP Table Manager.
Droptables and WP Table Manager are almost the same.
