Only 4 files showing in folders even when more are loaded into that folder

I have sent a ticket on this but I am having an issue where only 4 files are showing in a folder on the frontend even when more than 4 files are in a folder. I have checked the allowed number of files so that is not the issue. Any idea on how to fix this?

It could be something wrong on your site, please drop us a ticket (menu Support > Ticket support).
Our developer in charge will take a look at that.

This ended up being an issue with the caching system my hosting company places in the version of WordPress they install through the Cpanel. I had not progressed very far at all on my site since it was this feature that runs the site. I simply uninstalled WP then reinstalled the latest version through my FTP. It solved the issue.
