Can we specify the upload path?

For example, here is the default path:
https://www.example.com/download/5578/brochure/156199/my-document.pdf

But we would like:
https://www.example.com/download/my-document.pdf

Can we remove those category names/IDs from the path?

I'm sorry, this feature is not implemented yet.
