My Maps Location RTL template

Hi dear,

I would like to use My Maps Location on joomla.
Before i purchase and install i would like to ask a couple of things.
My questions are:
1. is it RTL? can i use it in Hebrew?
2. Do you have a template that come embedded with My Maps Location for installing (kick start)
