Manage Images Uploads and Downloads Using Front-end Custom Pages

I'm looking for one that allows users to upload and download images of their paintings for display. It is a secure page as they login and manage their images from the front-end. I take their folders and display them with their information like size, media and price.

I was told in a Chat that a user can upload and manage images from the backend using media folder. WP File Download has a front-end upload but can only manage files using file download from the back-end. No front-end manage capabilities.

It would be nice to have both uploads, downloads and deletes using front-end pages.

The managing files on the frontend feature is not possible in our plugins currently.
We need to discuss more this to implement in the future version.
