I’d like to incorporate your map into my website but just needed to check a few things first.
I would like to use the map to display stores that are in different categories. Categories would be things like Sport, Electronics, Groceries, Beauty etc. and there would be a total of 8 categories.
Is your component a good option for this or does it just display towns / cities?
If it would work for my needs, on your 'Location Search' demo page it shows the search feature at the top with categories. I would like to list the 8 category buttons and all of the locations within the category would be shown on the map. Click on one of the category buttons and it will hide all the locations within that category. Is that possible?
On the map section below the search feature, the right side lists the locations that are present on the map. They have a button for Show me the Distance, Details and a distance in KM. All I would like to show is the name of the location, the address and just the details button. Clicking on the details button would then open a Joomla article in either a new page or the same page. Is that possible?
If it’s not possible to make the details button open a joomla article is it possible to open the next page as normal which it currently does when you click on the Detail button and on that page create a link to the joomla article?
On the ‘Search Full width theme’ page there’s a category select list and you can choose all Locations or pick a specific category. Could I set it so that the select list displays my 8 categories and I can either choose ‘All Categories’ or pick a specific one?
