I see that Social Backlinks works for Zoo articles, but will it also work for Zoo downloads? I'm looking to automatically have a link created on twitter to any new downloads posted, along with the name of the download.

I'm sorry, Social Backlinks cannot work with Zoo Download, it works with Zoo Articles only and other 3rd party such as: K2, Hikashop, Virtuemart, ...
