Hi,

I use the members plugin ( https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/members/ ) to hide access to advanced features in Wordpress for my clients.

Now the members plugin works perfect ( client can only add and edit pages, posts, media... ) however the option to clear cache is not available to the client.
This might result in client not seeing his/hers changes and needing to ask me every time to clear cache as an admin.

In PRO version I see the feature: * Disable Cache per WordPress User Role"
Will this make the "clear cache" button ( only that, not the cache settings! ) available in dashboard for a non admin client?

Thanks,
Annie

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

I'm sorry, Clean cache button is displayed in admin panel only. I think you can set time to clear cache automatically.

Hope it helps!

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

True there is an option to clear cache automatically, but that does not always work.
Often it is neccesary to be able to clear cache manually, to see changes take effect.
I suppose that is why the "clear cache" option was made available in the first place?

It would be great if that would be available to editors/clients too.

Thanks,
Annie

Hi LogoLogics,

Thanks for your response.
but that does not always work.

I tested in our test site, it worked well. If you encounter any issues, please drop us a ticket (menu Support > Ticket support).
Our developer in charge will take a look at that.

We’ll keep that in mind for a future release!
