Is it possible to create a gallery in a Workpress article from files (pictues) available at OneDrive only?
Or do the files always needs to be sync't to the Wordpress Media Content?

Yes, you can use remote cloud files OneDrive images to create galleries.

Is there an example for it.
In the examples given only files from Wordpress media folder is used.

I want to create a gallery in a Wordpress article, but leave the files in a folder at OneDrive.

Is that possible?

The files stored in cloud folders, specifically OneDrive, can be utilized in the same manner as local folders.
