Are you able to select in the settings to allow users to have their own folder for their files, but have access to the entire folder tree. Our employees work in teams so I when individual users upload their files for their posts, these files are saved in their own folder. The team can also create additional folders in the Media Library to share assets and images so that any team member can have access to them.

Is there the ability or feature on the roadmap to create templates or export a list of folders to use again on other sites? We are using Wordpress Multisite and it would great to re-use the same folder tree for other subsites. We have different clients that have a specific folder layout for their projects. Some can get up to 60 different folders for one site.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

- Restrict user feature will be added in version 4.2 (we are currently in version 4.1.1). It's similar to our WP File Download plugin, for more information: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-file-download-documentation#toc-2-5-file-access-and-management-limitation

- It's impossible now. We’ll keep that in mind for a future release!

Thanks a lot!
Cheers,
