Is it possible to create a territory map based on groups of countries, where one clicks on a map region to select the appropriate sales person. Also within North America, Is it possible to create a map of sales territories based on groups of US states and Canadian provinces?

Is it possible to create a territory map based on groups of countries, where one clicks on a map region to select the appropriate sales person.

The map are based on Google Geochart so you can only add world, continent, countries, regions vector maps. What you can do is select a continent and seteum a zoom on a map.

Also within North America, Is it possible to create a map of sales territories based on groups of US states and Canadian provinces?

Yes that's possible to select US/Canada provinces and add colors, links on it.
